How is this different from other strategy programs?

Absolutely. Most of our participants are company-sponsored, because smart organizations know the value of having strategically competent leaders. We also offer payment plans to make individual investment easier.

What if I'm not ready to implement everything immediately?

Perfect. The personal assignment is designed to meet you where you are. You can apply the framework to one small area or go all-in to earn certification. You alone choose and decide. 

How long does 9EOI certification training take?

The virtual training sessions take 3 x 3 hours and are spread over 3 weeks, to easily integrate the sessions into your regular work schedule. 

What if I don’t have time for 3 x 3 hours of training? 

If you don’t have time to invest 3 x 3 hours in becoming a strategic leader, you’re exactly why this program exists. The cost of staying stuck in a hamster wheel, watching your team struggle with misalignment, failing to deliver visible results is infinitely higher than the time investment. 

What is required to attend the virtual training sessions?

Virtual certification training is delivered in English via Zoom. You will receive all details such as meeting links, material downloads, and other key information via the 9EOI™ online portal (you get immediate access after securing your seat).

Virtual sessions:

  • Attend from a private space with a reliable internet connection. Public Wi-Fi and public spaces such as airport lounges are not appropriate.
  • Please use a headset to ensure proper sound. Also make sure your camera works. We want you to look and sound amazing.
  • Download the Zoom app and familiarize yourself with its basic functionalities. You don’t want to experience any tech issues during the program.
